journey as a Quilling artist began 3 years ago. It was the time when Covid-19 started and we all had to stay at home. I started creating 3d origamis to cheer up my kid. 3d animals were his favorites. One day I saw on social media a photo of an artwork which was not painted but quilled. That was the day when my life changed forever. Being a teacher of literature, and also a musician working with kids, I was always interested in art and quilling was my greatest discovery. Quilling involves using strips of paper that are rolled and shaped and glued to created wall decor, sculpture, greeting cards. This year I was very excited and honored to have been chosen as one of the artists for the White House to bring kids Easter egg painting into life.
