Justin Morrow
Justin Morrow is a Research Assistant Professor in the University of Cincinnati Department of Environmental and Public Health Sciences, Division of Environmental and Industrial Hygiene. He has a B.S. in Materials Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he focused on advanced manufacturing process research. He has six years of industrial experience in microscopy and spectroscopy instrumentation design and intellectual property management. His current research program focuses on the health impacts of manufacturing processes and on using advanced spectroscopy and rapid prototyping to improve industrial hygiene research. Some of his active projects include measuring dust emissions from high speed consumer 3D printing, creating custom 3D printed headforms for respirator testing, and developing direct-on-filter analysis quantification methods for respirable crystalline silica and airborne micro- an
