Zips Racing Electric

Zips Racing Electric is a student design team at The University of Akron. We are bringing two fully electric formula one style student built cars. They produce 80kW/107 hp using an Emrax motor and produce 230 N-m of torque. They are powered by a custom 378V battery.

The Toymaker and Discovery Park

The Toymaker creates custom wooden toys, funky hand puppets and intricate laser cut pendants. Brochures about our 3 acre Discovery Park in Lodi can be picked up. We will also bring one of our custom built hand cranked railroad cars that kids use at the park. We may bring baby chicks in a cage, part of our Hatch the Chicken program.

Wayne County Historical Society - Compton Exhibit

The Wayne County Historical Society is celebrating their 175 year anniversary. In celebration we have an extensive research display of the Compton's family from Wooster. All the children graduated from Wooster High School and the University of Wooster. Arthur Compton was the architect of the "Manhattan Project." The other three children were also accomplished scientists and humanitarians and provided many good deeds across the world. Our site display is currently open through December of 2025.
